TieFy is a free full text search application that allows you to instantly identify the document, containing a specified word, phrase or a more complex term-rule. It is easy to run (no additional setup required -- just copy to a location of your choice) and can run from either local disk, or shared network location, visible to multiple users in the same network.

How to setup:
